I am currently carving out a career in coaching and football while studying part time at University.
I have spent over 10 years as a professional footballer playing for some of the biggest clubs in the UK.
In this high performance environment I found a passion for discovering how we as humans can live a life in optimal condition. I have relentlessly sought out how to fine tune my mind and body. And through working with some of the UK’s most experienced coaches, sport scientists, nutritionists, physiotherapists and psychologists I have established a bank of effective methods to live a life in optimal condition.
I now have a passion for coaching others through a holistic approach. I believe a number of areas in life have to be aligned in order for us to perform professionally, personally and socially. Some of these include physical activity, nutritional habits, mindset, sleep quality, mobility of joints and training.
It is essential we expand our vision beyond training and eating and I hope to help you do so through my coaching methods.
