FAQ

You must be 15 years old or over. If you are 15 you must have Parental Consent. The reason for this is because the programme contains gym work only suited to players of this age. If you are below the age of 15 you will be more suited to Sam’s Training Programmes which can be found in the Training Programme section of this website. These programmes cover all ages. 

Once you have filled out the form you will be guided to book a Discovery Call with Sam. During this call we will get to know each other and make sure you are ready for the Player Programme. You will then complete payment and I will send you the official Player Programme starter pack via email. I will then be busy creating your unique Player Programme.

Yes. The Player Programme has worked with Players who are in Pre Season, Off Season and Players who are Mid Season. The Player Programme is bespoke to suit your schedule as a Football Player and Athlete.

Not only do you have access to the majority of the resources and programmes for life Sam will also check in with you 14 days after you have finished the programme to ensure you are doing alright without us. If you want to continue working with Sam you can request the Advanced Player Power Programme or select one of Sam’s Training Programmes.

Once you’ve submitted your form, you’ll be redirected to another page where you will have the opportunity to book a 15-min discovery call with me on Zoom.

Step 3

On the call, we’ll discuss your objectives, develop a personal action plan and I’ll assess whether our Player Programme is right for you.
